Thank-you for stopping by my page. This is a record of some of my old photographs from years gone by.

I am sorry to say however that as of January 2011, I will no longer be updating this page, however I will still keep it active due to popular demand.

As always, thanks for the endless support and I hope you enjoy! :D

Hey Everybody!

I've finally found a spare moment to submit something,:w00t:  which i unfortunately don't get to do as often as i'd like anymore. :( Uni's been pretty full on and because of that i haven't had any time to just go out and take photos, but i have many many many photos i have yet to edit and put up, so i hope to have a trickle of those being submitted until my next holidays.

I've had the pleasure of some really wonderful photographers taking a little time to teach me some more photographic and photoshop techniques, so i hope i can show them to you guys over the next few submissions.

Popular Viewing

:w00t: Hey Everybody! :w00t:

I just thought i'd ponder some thoughts today. What do you all think about the "popular" browsing option?

I personally find it to be annoying and unreliable. A lot of people browse other people's galleries using the popular option, hoping to get the best works first, thus making browsing faster and more effective, but this is not the case. I have quite often gone to the galleries of sometimes popular, and sometimes unknown, deviants and found that most of the time the really good works are right in the middle, or even at the back, not right at the front. Because of this Popular browsing, a domino effect occurs, placing the immediately popular works at the front and keeping them there, rather than promoting the genuinely good works.

So the moral of this rant is, if you want to really check out a person's gallery, brows the featured page, or browse from the start of their galleries (ie. the latest works) and work your way back (except with stock artists, the popular thing can SOMETIMES be good with their galleries).

My first journal entry for half a year, and i think i'll keep it nice and short.
I've finally grown tired of my inactivity (though i think it may last a little longer) and have decided to submit a couple of phots i had to do for a uni assignment. '
I'm not sure whether i'll have any non-uni photos up any time soon, but you never know your luck.
Until later!

So it begins...

My first semester of uni is about to start and i shall be studying architecture!!! :D
I have a tonne of photos waiting to be put up, so i hope i'll be able to find the time to load them. My computer's hard drive is almost full, so photoshop is REALLY slow :faint:, which is the main reason most of these photos haven't been submitted. But NOT TO WORRY, for i am backing up like crazy, but this also takes time, so all i can really do is hope.
Currently saving up for one of those awesome Macbook Pros, so i'll be able to do my photography to and from uni!!!
